Spring Festival Camellia (Camellia sasanqua 'Spring Festival')

A beautiful camellia with an upright like growth habit, eventually looking more like a small tree than a large, bushy shrub like most camellias. Has small, double pink flowers in mid-spring. Although the flowers are a bit smaller than those of most hybrid camellias, they are borne in great profusion.

Prefers partial sun to light shade, grows to be 4-8ft tall and 3-4ft wide
